A 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's wrist watch by Astral, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, round case hallmarked London 1971, presentation engraving to the rear, fitted to a black strap with pin buckle, unsigned seventeen jewel movement. Case diameter 33mm. With box and papers.

Astral wrist watch, movement is functioning, dial appears in general good condition however there does appear to be dust visible, hands have some light marks and scratches, glass has light scratches from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back has personal engraving which reads 'PRESENTED BY THE ROVER CO. LTD TO A. E. CAWTE IN APPRECIATION OF LONG SERVICE 1947 - 1972' watch fitted to an associated leather strap which shows creases and cracks to the leather, pin buckle is scratched.
This lot comes with box and papers dated 12th October 1972.
