Lot Description
Two early 20th century gold gem-set bar brooches. To include a 15ct gold circular-shape aquamarine and split pearl brooch with scrolling sides, together with a 9ct gold oval-shape aquamarine bar brooch. Stamped 15ct and 9ct. Lengths 5.6 and 5.3cms. Weight 7gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The 9ct gold brooch shows significant tarnish/discolouration. One of the pins has noticeable bends/dents. Please see important notices in the front of the catalogue regarding colouerd stones. The aquamarine are a blue through greeny blue hue with typical inclusions including rain to the deeper blue aquamarine. The split pearls are well matched with minor surface scratches. The safety chain is possibly not original. Weight of 15ct stamped brooch 4.5gms.
