A late Victorian 15ct gold diamond and seed pearl brooch, circa 1890. The decorative lozenge-shape panel set with old-cut diamond and seed pearl highlights, to the rope-twist and bead detail. Stamped 15ct. Length 4.4cms. Weight 3.3gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The piece has been recently re-gilded. The split pearls are modern replacements and are glued in with some glue visible. The diamond appears bright, estimated diamond weight 0.03ct, the diamond is too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. The clasp and back plate are possibly replacements.
