A 1960s 18ct gold ruby and diamond floral necklace. The detachable circular-shape ruby and brilliant-cut diamond openwork petal pendant, to the five-row fancy-link necklace, detachable pendant may be worn as a brooch. Estimated total diamond weight 2.70cts, G-H colour, VS1-VS2 clarity. Import marks for London, 1968. Length of pendant 6.5cms. Length of chain 4.6cms. With Mappin and Webb case.

The necklace and detachable brooch are in overall excellent to good condition. The rubies are well matched. They have a deep red to purplish red hue. The diamond detail is bright and lively. Slight scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. Weight of pendant/brooch 25gms. Weight of necklace 81gms.
