The early 20th century old-cut diamond surmount has been adapted by adding a modern cultured pearl and amethyst cluster to the center. All settings will need attention. May of the claws have worn thin, particularly to the early 20th century surmount. Some stones may become loose. The old-cut diamonds are bright and lively. They vary in shape and size. The cultured pearl has a cream hue with silver over tones. Light growth lines and minor blemsihes can be seen to the nacre. The amethysts are well matched.
