Lot Description

A late Victorian 'goliath' type pocket watch in silver case. Having a 2.5" white-enamelled Arabic dial with subsidiary seconds at 6, the top-wound movement with lever escapement, numbered 1043003, the inner and outer case with matching numbers, in a hinged silver-fronted case of plain design, hallmarked Birmingham, 1900, maker Henry Williamson Ltd, with easel support, 4.5" x 4", (11.5cm x 10cm).
