The elaborately carved back having a pierced cresting centred by two dragons fighting over the sacred pearl, flanked by mythical birds, over a recessed panel stipple carved in relief with a dragon flying over waves, the solid seat carved with oriental characters between dragon arms, raised on four conforming cabriole legs. 55" x 56" (140cm x 142cm) wide
