A late George III inlaid mahogany chest of drawers. The cross beaded and box wood strung rectangular top with reeded edge over two short and three graduated long cock-beaded drawers, the brass oral back plate handles repoussé decorated with chickens, on bracket feet, 40" x 19" x 40" (102cm x 48cm x 102cm)

Top french polished years ago. Has dark stains, lights stains, etc. Some cracking to edge reed moulding and areas of loss to stringing. Drawer slightly ill fitting (project beyond front of carcase) Long split to left side.
