Condition Report
Overall condition fair to good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Seed pearls creamy white with rose and bluish overtones. Fairly good skins with minor surface blemishes. Lustre fair to good. Glue residue to the base of some pearls, also in other areas of the brooch. Due to the closed back settings and nature of the rose-cut it is not possible to calculate a total diamond weight. Based on the surface spread alone of the rose-cut and single-cut diamonds, they appear to occupy the same surface space as diamonds with an estimated total weight of 0.10cts, however it is not possible to gauge the depth of the stones, this estimated weight does not reflect the true weight of the diamonds in any way. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Diamonds in fair condition with some abrasion and nibbles. Weight 4.7gms.
