Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized with minor discolouration and indents. One of the pins is a base metal replacement. The smaller brooch has a stamp to the clasp, partially rubbed, for G H Palfrey, who was an Australian jeweller, active in Melbourne 1897-1927. The Palfrey opal has been glued in and so could possibly be a replacement. The opals show small, scattered play of colour with a moderate range of colours. The opals have minor-significant abrasion, one with a small, significant chip. Ring size Q.
