Lot Description
An 18ct gold emerald single-stone ring. The rectangular-shape emerald, weighing 3.74cts, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Accompanied by a report from The Gem & Pearl laboratory stating that the emerald is of Colombia origin with evidence of moderate clarity enhancement. Report No 05624, dated 9th May 2012. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1976.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the band in keeping with slight wear, there are patches of discolouration to the band in places. There are scattered black inclusions and white internal fractures visible to the emerald with the unaided eye. A couple if fractures are just surface reaching to the pavilion. Further details from the certificate. Colour: Transparent green, Measurements: 10.67 by 8.88 by 5.78mm. Ring size L.
