A 1940's silver tray of rectangular form raised edge, fluted corners and dual shaped handles. Hallmarked Roberts & Belk Ltd Sheffield 1944. The width measuring 10 inches (26 cm) and the length including handle 19 1/4 inches (49 cm), weight 50 ozt (1555 grams).

The tray displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing in keeping with the age and use. There are some deeper scratches to the main body of the tray. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also marked 1267 0.
