A 1930's silver mounted caster of waisted form and engine turned banded decoration, screw lid and plastic lining. Hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd Birmingham 1930, patent number 325841. Height measuring 6 1/4 inches (16 cm).

The caster displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. There are some creases which have begun to crack to the main body along with further small dints. The engine turned decoration has particularly worn in some areas. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
