Lot Description
Continental white metal condiment set comprising mustard pot and spoon, pepper pot and open salt, all on a twin handled elongated oval tray, together with a matching cream jug and sugar bowl with a pair of tongs, each piece with niello decoration depicting scenes of the Nile and other similar landscapes with buildings and figures. Maximum height of jug measures 4 3/4 inches (12 cm), length of tray measures 7 3/4 inches (19.5 cm), combined weight 15.6 ozt 488.5 grams.

Condition Report
All pieces display general wear and surface marks and scratches and some areas or spots of tarnishing. Deeper scratches in places and some minor nicks and surface dints. Some wear and some slight loss of detail to decoration in places. The underside of jug is particularly scratched and has various contact or file marks. Open salt has a slightly misshapen rim. Tray has numerous more visible scratches and contact marks to the centre and also to the underside.
