Lot Description
A 1920's Danish silver open salt of oval form, with embossed floral decoration to the rim and standing on four ball feet. Hallmarked 1924, the assay master Christian F Heise, stamped 925, numbered 243 and hallmarked London import George Smith 1923. Maximum length measuring 6.8 cm, weight 18 grams.

Condition Report
The salt is in good overall condition with general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. There is a small dent in the bowl of the salt, from the ball foot. Planishing hammer marks have become visible. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
