Lot Description

A pair of early twentieth century Danish silver goblets with spherical bowls and stylised embossing on the hammered background. Hallmarked with the national guarantee three tower mark 1916 and the assay masters mark for Christian F. Heise and signed G. Salomonsen. Height measuring 5 1/2 inches (14 cm), gross combined weight 12.4 ozt (386 grams).

Both goblets display general wear, tarnishing and general surface marks and scratches.  Some minor nicks/dints.  There is some slight loss of detail to the decoration.  On one of the goblets, the bowl leans over slightly to one side and the rim is very slightly misshapen.  Marks are mainly legible.
