Lot Description

A mid nineteenth century Russian salt, the cylindrical dish within a lobed surround, with engraved armorial. Russian assay marks possibly for  Andrei Kovalsky, 1852. Maker's stamp possibly Pavel Sazikov. Stamped 84. Maximum length 4 inches (10.2cm). Weight 3.16 ozt (98.46 grams).
