Each piece displays general wear, some areas of tarnishing and general surface marks and scratches.  There is some slight loss of detail to the decoration in places but it is generally still quite good.  Numerous nicks to the tips of the fork prongs and they are also a little bent.  Hallmarks are mainly legible, although the marks around the knife ferrule are very rubbed and distorted.  Some deterioration to the case.
