Victorian silver pair of sauce ladles, each of Hanoverian pattern with engraved initial to reverse of terminal and long rat-tail to reverse of the circular bowl. Hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co (George Maudsley Jackson), London 1883. Length measures 7 inches (18 cm), weight 5 ozt (157.5 grams).

Condition Report
Both sauce ladles are quite tarnished and display general wear and surface marks and scratches. Some deeper scratches are visible, especially to both the terminals and also to the spoon bowls. Numerous minor nicks and pin prick marks. Hallmarks are very clear, maker's marks are slightly distorted.
