A 1930’s silver coin holder of rectangular form, the detachable lid engraved with a Latin inscription opening to reveal a lift-out tray formed as two compartmentalised channels, the base raised above four ball feet. Hallmarked Greenwood & Watts London 1933. Length measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 7.8 ozt (244 grams).

Condition Report
The box is in good condition to fair condition with general scratches, marks and wear. There are dints visible to all parts, more noticeable example on the lift-out tray and ball feet. The engraving to the lid is rubbed but still visible on close inspection. All hallmarks to the base, lid and coin holder are visible and legible with the maker's marks being rubbed.
