Edwardian pair of silver menu holders modelled as perched owls with textured feathers and glass eyes raised on a plain circular base. Hallmarked Sampson Mordan & Co Ltd Chester 1905, registered number 433091. Height measuring 3.2 cm, gross weight 42 grams.

The owl menu holders appear in good overall condition displaying general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hallmarks are clear and legible. One numbered 18, the other 1.
