Lot Description

An Edwardian silver pebble snuff box of circular form with foliate engraved surround to the initialled cartouche, personal date engraving to the underside of the lid 11.4.19. Hallmarked Walker & Hall Sheffield 1908. Diameter measuring 7 cm, weight 59.02 grams.

The snuff box appears in quite poor to fair condition displaying quite a few large dents around the edge of its body, along with general scratches, marks and wear. The inside to the snuff box is quite tarnished, the press release catch is not functioning, although holds closed securely. The hallmarks appear heavily tarnished but legible.
