Lot Description

A Scottish cornucopia horn vinaigrette, bearing a vacant shield shaped cartouche, suspended finger ring, rising to a white metal, unmarked, mounted lid embossed with thistles surrounding a foil backed citrine and opening to reveal a circular foliate pierced and hinged grille. Height measuring 4.2 cm.

The vinaigrette appears in good condition with general scratches and wear. The hinges are in good working order. The underside to the lid and the grille appears quite tarnished.
