All items generally display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age an use. The engraving to the caddy spoon appears a little crude and a possible repair to where the handle meets the body, the hallmarks also considerably worn. The miniature scent bottle is hallmarked Birmingham 1922 and displays dents around the lid. The vinaigrette hallmarked Chester 1904 appears in poor condition, most noticeably the grille and lid not closing properly, general damage to the grille, heavy scratches to the interior and splits occurring at the seams. The Rum label and owl stamp appear more heavily tarnished, the owl has the letter 'e' engraved as the stamp and hallmarked Birmingham1908.
