Early twentieth century silver mounted pin cushion modelled as a hatching chick. Hallmarked Sampson Mordan & Co Ltd Chester 1914. Height measuring 2.5 cm.

Condition Report

The silver is quite tarnished and displays general wear. There is some loss of detail to the feather decoration, especially on the top of the head. Some general marks and scratches and a couple of small surface dints, mainly visible to the lower body. Hallmarks are legible.
