William IV silver christening mug of waisted form and lower bellied body with wrythen embossing conforming to the pedestal base, the body with personal dedication and date inscription. Hallmarked Joseph Angell I & John Angell I London 1831.Height measuring 4 inches (10 cm), weight 3.7 ozt (116 grams).

Condition Report
The christening mug displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There are further dents and bumps visible to the mug, the base has taken a knock no longer sitting flat. Acid test visible to the upper body. Personal engraving visible to two areas reading 'R.J.J from W.L July 4.1872' and R.P.J. March 24th 1878'. The hallmarks positioned to the underside are clear and legible.
