An early 20th century platinum diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond to the baguette-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 1.20cts, I-J colour, SI1-SI2 clarity.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the band in keeping with overall wear, the band would benefit from a repolish. The principal diamond is bright, dimensions 6.8 by 6.8 by 4.35mm, there are a couple of chips to the girdle of the diamond, the more substantial chip visible with the unaided eye. There are two very small inclusions beneath the table facet and some small white inclusions to the outer facets. The claws are secure. Estimated total outer diamond weight 0.30ct, there is black inclusion to one visible with magnification, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. The inner band is stamped plat. Ring size L. Weight 3.2gms.
