A diamond heart pendant. Pave-set with old-cut diamonds, the heart-shape pendant with vacant panel reverse, suspended from an old-cut diamond surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 4.20cts. Length 3.5cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright. The diamonds are not well matched in size, colour or clarity, with some of the diamonds appearing tinted yellow and brown. The reverse of the pendant has a panel for a keepsake. The glass and backing for the panel are missing. Unhallmarked. Weight 9.7gms.
