Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The clasp, pin and pin hinge are base metal, possibly later additions rather than replacements. The scrolling surround appears a slightly different colour, possible alteration. The ceramic has wear to the gilt and abrasion to the enamel and glaze revealing the ceramic body, to the neck, earring and hair ornament, along with rough edges to the ceramic plaque. The reverse of the plaque mount is discoloured and has the marks, 56, the cyrillic makers mark and a womans head, facing to the right, with a small dot under her chin.
