Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The clasp push piece cuts through the scrolling decoration and there is a small loss to the bangle near the clasp. The safety chain and loops are later additions. There are some more noticeable scratches and small, shallow dents to the sides of the bangle. There is a very shallow file mark to one of the edges of the bangle, near the hinge, approximately 0.5cms long, showing wear to the gilt finish, with a similar file mark to the side of the tongue of the clasp. The clasp also shows a faint, poorly struck mark, illegible. Please see important notices in the back of the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The turquoise shows small areas of dark matrix and has moderate surface scratches.
