Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. One ruby deficient. The diamonds appear moderately bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades, two of the diamonds have small chips. Please see important notices in the back of the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The rubies have a pinkish red hue and are mostly well matched , some being more orangey red in colour. The rubies have typical inclusions that have a
minor effect on the transmission of light through the gems. There is one hole where the snake winds in front of the crescent where a ruby may possibly have been. The orangey red ruby has a higher crown than the other gems, possibly a replacement. The cultured pearl is a creamy yellow hue with typical small surface blemishes and wear to the nacre. There is a suspension loop at the snakes tail for a drop/pendant. The pendant is missing.
