Overall condition good. Stamped 750. Light scratches in keeping with general wear. Two balls have been fitted to the inside of the shank to make the ring smaller. Diamonds lively, bright and well matched. Rubies dark to medium pinkish red, good saturation. Fairly well matched. Some with natural dark internal inclusions visible with a 10x lens. Width of panel 1.8cms. Weight 10.8gms. Ring size I.
