Lot Description
A continental white metal keyless wind open face pocket watch signed Helvetia, the silvered dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track with twenty-four hour divisions, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case stamped 0.800, engine turned decoration to the rear, band of plating to front and rear, fitted with a signed movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 48mm.

A pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has tiny marks and small areas of discolouration, light scratches, wear to a few of the numerals on the subsidiary seconds dial, small areas of discolouration on the hands, glass is scratched, some may polish out, deeper marks may remain, case has medium scratches and small scuffs, small areas of light pitting, areas of wear, score marks to edge of case, probably caused when it was opened, crown shows signs of rubbing, dints to the bow.
