Lot Description
A 20th century silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds counter positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case with milled band, engine turned decoration and a vacant cartouche to rear, import hallmarks for London 1915, fitted with an unsigned three quarter plate movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 53mm. With key.

Condition Report
A pocket watch, movement is not functioning, dial has tiny marks and bits of debris, residue visible, would benefit from a clean, areas of discolouration, hands are marked and discoloured, glass is scratched, may polish out, and would benefit from a clean, case is noticeably discoloured and has medium scratches, scuff and area of wear to the vacant cartouche, signs of rubbing, numerous dents, score marks at top edge of case, probably caused when it was opened, crown is lightly scratched from use, personal engraving on the dust cover that reads 'FROM AG TO TM 1917'.
