Lot Description
A 20th century 9ct gold keyless wind half hunter pocket watch signed J.W Benson, the white enamel dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, plain round case with black enamel chapter ring to the front, hallmarked London 1936, signed movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 46mm. Total weight 63gms.

Condition Report
A pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has a few tiny marks and light pitting, two cracks, hands are lightly scratched with small areas of discolouration, glass is missing, glass in front of case is lightly scratched, may polish out, case has medium scratches and a few small scuffs, tiny dints, a few small dents at the edge of the case, heavier scuffs and small score mark at edge of case, probably caused when it was opened, crown is lightly scratched from use.
