Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the cream dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds counter positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case with milled band and vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Chester 1870, fitted with a signed full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 54mm. Watch A/F.

Open face pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, marks and a couple of cracks across the centre of the dial, hands are all mismatched and have tiny marks, the glass is scratched, case is heavily tarnished with medium scratches from general wear, few small dents also to the case, bow has become slightly misshaped.
