An opal and multi-gem humming bird brooch. The asymmetric opal cabochon body, to the circular-shape sapphire and green-gem body, wings and tail, with rose-cut diamond accents. Length 6.4cms.

Condition Report
Overall condition very good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Opal creamy colour with red to violet play-of-colour, minor abrasion and some nibbles. Sapphires medium blue, with typical inclusions that somewhat affect the passage of light through the stones. Some appear slightly milky due to silk inclusions. Green-gems bright green. Gemstones generally in fair condition with some abrasion and nibbles. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers at the back of our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Diamonds brownish yellow hue. Due to the nature of the rose-cut it is not possible to calculate a total diamond weight. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Diamonds in fair condition with abrasion and nibbles. Weight 11.2gms. Stamped 925.
