A gentleman's 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond within an extended claw mount, to the plain band, with replacement hallmarked section. Estimated diamond weight 0.75ct, I-J colour, P2-P3 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1942. Weight 4.5gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band has had the hallmarks inset at a later date. The diamond appears bright with many surface reaching fissures. Ring size O 1/2. Weight 4.5gms.
