Lot Description
A lady's mid 20th century platinum diamond cocktail watch. The rectangular-shape cream dial, with black Arabic numerals, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the vari-shape diamond sides, and old-cut diamond strap. Glass front panel deficient. Estimated total diamond weight 3.50cts, I-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity. Length 17cms. Weight 19.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The glass panel to the front of the watch is missing. Some old-cut diamonds have been replaced with modern round brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Colour graded within the limitations of the mount, potentially higher. Stamped plat.
