An enamel and gem-set necklace, designed as a series of openwork scrolling multicolour enamel links, with synthetic ruby and seed pearl spacers, to the garnet-topped doublet and enamel clasp. Stamps illegible, makers mark HB. Length 42.5cms. Weight 63.3gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The marks are worn, one stamp "A" possibly indicating town mark. The makers mark HB stamped to several links. The enamel has small nicks and abrasion. The garnet-topped doublet to the clasp possible replacement. The two colourless paste spacers possible replacements.
