A late 19th century Scottish 9ct gold citrine and agate brooch, the oval-shape citrine within a jasper and bloodstone geometric surround. Length 3.9cms. Weight 10.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches and dents to the brooch in keeping with the age of the brooch. The citrine is orangey brown in colour, there is slight abrasion to the facet edges. There are chips and damage to some of the agate panels, some appears raised with visible adhesive. Additional panels have been added to the back of the replaced hinge and clasp, with discolouration to the hinge panel. The claws to the citrine may need to be secured.
