A late 19th century 9ct gold spinel five-stone ring. The graduated oval-shape red spinel, to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Weight 3.1gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair to poor. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the piece. There are substantial surface reaching fractures to one spinel, abrasion to the table facet of another and abrasion to all facet edges. There are easily visible inclusions to all. They are reddish brown on colour with an even saturation of colour. The settings are worn and may need to be secured. Unhallmarked. There is discolouration to the scrolling surmount. Ring size O.
