Lot Description
An early 20th century 15ct gold enamel and split pearl locket. Of circular outline, the split pearl within a pink, white and purple guilloche enamel banded surround. Diameter 2.3cms. Weight 8.2gms. With associated case.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the back of the locket. There are some areas of dirt, slight scratches and minor areas of discolouration to the inside of the locket. There is some possible water beneath the photo. The enamel is in excellent condition. The split pearl is in good condition. The case is of a similar period however is not original to the locket. The top of the case is imprinted Sophy March 27.1904. There are scuffs and areas of dirt to the casing. The case is a little small for the locket and is quite difficult to close.
