An early 20th century gold opal and diamond ring. The oval opal cabochon, to the brilliant-cut diamond sides, within a foliate surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct, I-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Weight 4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair condition. The stones are later replacements. All settings will need attention, claws have worn thin. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Opal have a blue body colour with small scatterings of green and violet play-of-colour. Dimensions of opal: 9 by 6.8 by 2.5mm. The diamonds are bright and lively.
