A mid 20th century 18ct gold continental gem-set cocktail ring. Designed as two calibre-cut ruby half-circles, off-set to the old-cut diamond and square-shape synthetic ruby sides. Estimated diamond weight 0.15ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 8gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. One ruby deficient. There are areas of discolouration to the gallery. Continental marks to the ring, possibly Egyptian. The diamond appears bright with a surface reaching fracture, the diamond is graded within the limitations of the mount. Ring size Q 1/2.
