A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond and synthetic sapphire three-stone ring. The rectangular-shape panel, comprising a brilliant-cut diamond with square-shape synthetic sapphire sides, to the single-cut diamond shoulders and tapered band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.20ct. Weight 2.2gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. Some surface wear in keeping with age. The back of the band is very thin due to significant wear. Synthetic sapphires medium blue with good clarity, fair to poor condition with significant abrasion and some nibbles to the facet edges. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Principal diamond fairly bright. There is a dark inclusion under the table facet, visible under 10x magnification. Estimated total shoulder diamond weight 0.04ct. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion. Ring size L1/2. Stamped 18ct/plat.
