A mid 20th century 18ct gold opal and diamond ring. The oval opal cabochon, within a single-cut diamond fluted surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Weight 2gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and scratches in keeping with general wear. Ring has been previously resized. Opal has white body colour, with play-of-colour from orange through to violet. Opal in fair condition with some surface abrasion. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered inclusions seen under 10x magnification. Diamonds in good to fair condition with some abrasion. Ring size I1/2. Stamped 18ct.
