Lot Description
An opal and diamond cluster ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the oval-shape opal and rose-cut diamond cluster, off-set to the rose-cut diamond shoulders and plain band. Weight 5.5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition poor. The band has been added/replaced at a later date, extra panels have been added to the shoulders and visible lead solder. The cluster has been set off straight. Three of the opals are chipped all with visible abrasion, some of the opals have possibly been replaced. All of the settings may need to be secured. The claws to the shoulder diamonds are substantially worn and may need to be secured, there is a solder join to the back of the band, scratches and wear. Ring size Q.
