Lot Description
A pair of opal and diamond ear pendants. Each designed as a pear-shape opal drop, suspended from an old-cut diamond collet, to the trace-link chain and circular opal cabochon surmount. Length 2.8cms. Weight 7.7gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. One of the drops has a small chip to the top where the thread is. The opal displays a good play of colour with significant abrasions to the opal surmounts. There are various small soft solder repairs, the ear pendants are possibly made from variously dated components. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.06ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Unhallmarked. The ear pendants have fixed post fittings for pierced ears.
