A late Victorian 9ct gold and silver diamond and pearl brooch, circa 1890. Of openwork design, the vari-cut diamond scrolling panel, suspending a freshwater cultured pearl drop. Estimated total diamond weight 3.35cts. Length 5.7cms. Weight 21gms.

Overall condition fair. Evidence of repair to the top of the mount and to the drop. With later brooch fitting. Diamonds within closed back settings, therefore please note the estimated diamond weight is approximate. Diamonds lively and bright. Minor surface abrasion to some. Freshwater cultured pearl ivory white. Minor surface blemishes. Dull lustre. Length 8.7mms.
